Our service, provides daily, weekly and monthly reports to you thus keeping you updated on all calls made, aged summary and also any other information that you specify. We do all of this while providing the utmost security, following all HIPAA regulations

Daily Reports
Daily reports would be generated to be send to the client on daily call status, daily billing status and collection reports.

Weekly Reports
Created to provide a weekly activity of your claims and also in billing.

Month End Reports
End of the month we would need to run Financials and other procedure code usage reports, aged summary reports so that we would asses the momentum that has been achieved this month, and if not see where there is a pattern of non payment. In this way we could once again tackle any bulk pending issues. Any claim beyond the 60 day pending needs to be acted upon, if it is pending for clarification then that needs to be informed to the respective account manager at the center so that remedial steps could be initiated.
